Summary

Provides program oversight of employer programs with our outside vendors. Provides direction for employer programs to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare and the development of services according to the mission, vision, and strategic goals of Sanford Health. Establishes and maintains relationships with Sanford staff, OccMed departments, Regional leadership, as well as client and community contacts. Responsible for professional, technical, and operational expertise related to the employer programs offered through Sanford Occupational Medicine.

Job Description

Responsible for the operational oversight, program implementation, growth/advancement, review of data/analytics, business strategy development, and communications plan of the Sanford Occupational Medicine employer programs. Provides oversight and coordination of all policies and protocols, including assisting executive leadership in the development of and monitoring of outcome indicators for quality and continuous improvement. Meet with operational teams to review customer complaints, resolve operational issues, ensure adequate supplies are available, review Key Performance Indicators (KPI's), and provide education to appropriate parties. Accountable for attainment of department goals by monitoring and managing work volumes to achieve desired goals. Responsible for collaboration and communication with OccMed team and other Sanford departments for expert training and additional program support. Meet with company clients and executive leadership to discuss business needs and/or address company complaints.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business required. In lieu of education, leadership may consider 6 years of applicable experience.

Five years experience in Occupational Health and related fields preferred.

Obtains and subsequently maintains required department specific competencies and certifications.
