Your future team:

As a part of the Office Management team you will support the organization on many different levels, you and your colleagues will play an important role in ensuring efficient operations. From giving support to customers and employees throughout our facilities to being part of contributing to the agenda for our senior managers, you make sure our business runs smoothly.

What you will be doing:

Your main focus will be internal communication, with opportunities to support employer branding and selected external communication activities.

You’ll work closely with an Employer Branding & Communication Expert, receiving ongoing support and gaining hands-on experience in real internal and external communication projects.

Internal Communication (main focus):

  • Help create content for our internal channels (SharePoint, Teams, presentations).
  • Write engaging internal updates, articles, announcements, and event summaries.
  • Assist with coordinating internal events and employee initiatives.
  • Support internal communication projects from idea to publication.

Employer Branding & External Communication (optional exposure):

  • Assist in creating content for our career-related social media.
  • Help prepare creative materials: texts, visuals, short videos, and ideas.
  • Support employer branding events like job fairs, workshops, and university initiatives.
  • Contribute to articles and broader communication on partner websites.

Additional activities:

  • Help track our communication activities and prepare reports and presentations.
  • Provide support in administrative and coordination tasks within our EB & Communication projects.

What you bring:

  • Student status with being ideally after second year of Bachelor studies (Communication, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, Sociology or related),
  • Availability minimum 20 hours per week and willingness to work from office
  • A genuine interest in writing and the ability to communicate ideas clearly and simply,
  • Creativity, a good sense of tone of voice, and a knack for storytelling,
  • Interest in communication, HR, marketing, or employer branding,
  • Strong organizational skills and a willingness to learn,
  • Understanding of social media and digital content,
  • Strategic mindset: you don't just ask “what should we post?” but also “why?”,
  • Fluent in Polish and English, both spoken and written.
