We’re looking for a confident and people‑focused Employee Relations Advisor to join us for a 4‑month fixed‑term contract. You’ll be part of a knowledgeable, friendly team who work together to deliver exceptional guidance to managers and employees across the UK and ROI.

Job Description:
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing clear, consistent advice on a wide range of ER matters
- Supporting with absence management, welfare concerns and OH referrals
- Advising on performance, disciplinary, grievance and AWOL cases
- Guiding managers through appeals and flexible working requests
- Helping drive proactive absence management and smooth returns to work
- Promoting key risk assessments (maternity, stress, DSE and more)
- Supporting conversations around mental health and workplace wellbeing
- Keeping cases up‑to‑date in our ER case management system
- Acting as a first point of escalation for ER Assistants
Essential Skills:
- Previous experience in an ER advisory role
- Good understanding of employment legislation and ER processes
- Excellent written and verbal communication
Desirable Skills:
- CIPD qualification (or working towards it)
- Experience in a shared service or high‑volume ER environment
- Experience with case management systems
What you’ll also need:
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work at pace
- High attention to detail
- A collaborative team player
- Comfortable working remotely with reliable WiFi
