GENERAL FUNCTION:

The Employee Experience Specialist is responsible for delivering Employee Experience (EX) and Bancorp programs, projects and events on time, within budget and with quality. Excels at working with all levels of the organization and external partners to plan, prepare and deliver programs and events. Delivers exceptional service and clear logistical communication to all levels of employees associated with meetings, events, and programs that may span multiple days, geographies and technologies. Provides detailed management of recognition programs and meetings, and all other supporting elements.

Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provides project management for assigned corporate programs, events, and campaigns related to EX and Human Capital initiatives.
  • Supports large-scale projects and events by serving as a work stream lead or by leading several work streams; learns how the large-scale projects are managed to build capability to lead large scale projects solo.
  • Facilitates project team meetings, manages agendas and provides meeting recaps to ensure all project tasks and goals are being accomplished as expected.
  • Supports Bancorp recognition programs and ensures that they are managed effectively, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Develops, maintains and improves tools, processes, procedures and templates. necessary to deliver consistent, flawless event and program execution while keeping the customer at the center.
  • Focus on continuous process improvement of programs and events by understanding Human Capital and Bancorp strategies and the event/meeting industry, developing creative ideas and enhancing service delivery.
  • Engages and manages service vendors. Researches, identifies, qualifies and partners with Sourcing to negotiate preferred pricing from vendors to be used in events, programs, and campaigns.
  • Responsible for planning and executing on the logistical elements of meetings, programs, and events.
  • Supports EX team in project functions including but not limited to reporting, data analysis, scheduling and invoicing.
  • Leads the execution and distribution of the Leadership Brief and Key Communicator Brief, including all related distribution lists. Partners with Corporate Communications to share important organizational updates with Management Committee members.
  • Expert in various meeting management technologies including voting/polls, virtual, in-person, recordings and/or combinations of mediums.

MINIMUM KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • 5 years project management and event management experience.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills to address a wide variety of audiences.
  • Ability to influence; will interact with people at all levels of the organization and needs to be able to build trust and mutual respect with key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated resilience, diplomacy, influence, relationship building, and problem-solving skills in a variety of situations.
  • Self-motivated, self-starter with the ability to work both independently and cooperatively in a diverse group.
  • Experienced with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook applications.
  • Expert at PowerPoint and other applications required for displaying meeting content.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.

The base salary for this position is reflective of the range of salary levels for all roles within this pay grade across the U.S. Individual salaries within this range will vary based on factors such as role, relevant skillset, relevant experience, education and geographic location. In addition to the base salary, this role is eligible to participate in an incentive compensation plan, with any such payment based upon company, line of business and/or individual performance.
