Employee Development Specialist- Quality

We are seeking an experienced and engaging Senior Employee Development Specialist to design, deliver, and continuously improve learning and development programs that grow employee capabilities, drive performance, and support career progression across the organization. This position will be located in Berkeley, MO.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver Quality training to employees obtaining MSEII certifications.

  • Develop curriculum, course materials, facilitator guides, assessments, and learning resources.

  • Collaborate with managers and business partners to support the Programs.

  • Measure learning effectiveness using assessments, KPIs, and feedback; iterate programs based on data.

  • Manage learning vendors and external partners as needed.

  • Support career framework implementation and internal mobility initiatives.

  • Promote a culture of continuous learning through communications, learning events, and communities of practice.

  • Maintain and report on training budgets, participation, and outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in MSEII jobs including TRMSE002PR (Tag Writing)

  • Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to leaders and groups.

  • Proficiency with learning management systems (LMS), virtual training platforms, and e-learning authoring tools.

  • Ability to analyze learning data and translate insights into program improvements.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with leadership development, coaching, or talent management programs.

  • Familiarity with competency frameworks, succession planning, and career pathing.

  • Experience managing learning technology implementations or integrations.

  • Metrics-driven and committed to continuous improvement.

Summary pay range: $106,250-$143,750
