The Boeing CompanyBoeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is seeking a Materials Management Manager (Level K) to lead our 2nd Shift Emergent Operations / Cutter Tools Service Center (CTSC) Fabrication team in North Charleston, South Carolina. This onsite position supports our Boeing South Carolina 787 Airplane production. This is a 2nd shift position.

Position Responsibilities:
Manages and leads employees performing activities in materials management and transportation for Emergent Operations (EO) Fabrication
Develops, executes, and implements business plans, policies, and procedures; develops organizational and technical strategies
Sets operational goals; acquires resources, provides technical management, and leads process improvements
Interacts and reports updates daily to leaders at all levels
Collaborates, develops and maintains partnerships with customers, peers, and employees/direct reports
Provides oversight and approval of technical approaches, products, and processes
Coaches, develops, and motivates employees
Emergent-minded with ability to function in a high-paced environment
Commits to leading in alignment with our Boeing Values and Behaviors
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience in supply chain or materials management
3+ years of experience leading teams in a formal and/or informal role
3+ years of experience working across organizations & interfacing with key stakeholders, including senior leaders
3+ years of experience with an industry ERP system
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
5+ years of experience in a customer service role
5+ years of experience in team building, developing and motivating employees
3+ years of experience on the 787 Program
3+ years of experience leading in a fast-paced setting
1+ years working with (CMES) Common Manufacturing Execution System and/or Velocity
1+ years of experience in data analysis and Root Cause Corrective Action (RCCA)
