EMEALA Consolidation & MIS Manager

As our EMEALA Consolidation & MIS Manager, you will play a pivotal role at the heart of regional finance—owning consolidation, enabling strategic planning, and driving systems transformation across a diverse, fast-paced international landscape.
This is a high-impact role partnering with regional leaders and global HQ, shaping how we plan, analyse, and report our performance across EMEALA.
What You’ll Do
Deliver Insight That Drives Action
- Lead the consolidation of EMEALA financials, producing accurate, timely, and high-quality P&L and management reporting
- Translate complex financial data into clear, decision-ready insights for senior leadership and HQ
- Provide robust variance analysis, highlighting key drivers, risks, and opportunities
Shape Strategy Through Planning
- Own and lead forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning processes across the region
- Support leadership with compelling financial narratives that enable confident decision-making
Transform Systems & Processes
- Champion ERP and consolidation system optimisation (SAP, OneStream, Hyperion, Oracle)
- Drive automation, standardisation, and continuous improvement across FP&A and reporting workflows
- Partner with IT and global finance teams to design scalable, future-ready solutions
Lead Through Partnership
- Act as the key interface between HQ and regional finance teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and delivery excellence
- Provide guidance on accounting policies, data quality, and financial processes across sub-regions and business units
What You’ll Bring
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; professional qualification (CPA, CA, CMA, MBA) preferred
- Proven experience in financial consolidation, MIS, and FP&A within a multinational environment
- Strong hands-on exposure to ERP and consolidation system implementation or transformation
- Deep understanding of IFRS/US GAAP and consolidation principles
- Advanced Excel and modelling skills, with the ability to distil complexity into executive insight
- A confident communicator who can influence and partner effectively with senior stakeholders
