Regional Marketing Manager, EMEA
We are seeking a strategic and commercially driven Regional Marketing Manager, EMEA to accelerate growth across our diverse and high-potential EMEA markets. In this critical role, you will own the regional demand generation strategy, translating global priorities into locally relevant, high-impact programs that drive pipeline, revenue, and market expansion across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa.
This role requires a strong understanding of regional market dynamics, cultural nuance, language considerations, regulatory environments, and varying levels of market maturity. You will act as the voice of EMEA within the global marketing organization while serving as a strategic partner to regional Sales leadership.

How you will make a difference:
EMEA Demand Generation Strategy: Develop and execute region-wide, multi-channel and multi-country growth marketing campaigns (e.g., SEM, social, email, content, webinars, and events) to drive lead generation and meet new business objectives. Adapt global campaigns to reflect regional priorities, vertical focus areas, and varying levels of market maturity across EMEA.
Regional Messaging and Content: Localize global positioning, messaging, and campaigns into messaging that reflects local business challenges, buyer personas, cultural nuances, and regulatory considerations. Support development of product narratives, pitch decks, playbooks and other sales collateral.
Campaign Optimization: Monitor, test, and optimize regional programs to improve performance, enhance conversion rates, and deliver measurable results.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with EMEA Sales, Product, Marketing, and other teams to ensure activities are aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Stakeholder Management: Present and collaborate with senior leadership, providing insights, recommendations, and updates on campaign performance and alignment with business growth.
Agency Management: Collaborate with external agencies and vendors to execute campaigns effectively, ensuring they align with our brand and goals.
Market Analysis: Leverage data analytics and customer insights to identify growth opportunities and refine campaign messaging. Communicate trends, insights, and pain points back to global Product Marketing, Sales, and Product teams.
Lead Nurturing: Develop and implement lead nurturing strategies that move prospects and drive high-quality pipeline growth.
Field and Partner Marketing: Partner closely with EMEA Sales leadership to support key territories and strategic accounts through targeted field marketing initiatives, executive events, roundtables, trade shows, and ABM programs.
Reporting & Metrics: Monitor performance at both regional and country levels. Provide regular performance reports, KPIs, and campaign analysis to key stakeholders, ensuring visibility into the effectiveness of demand generation initiatives and that investment is directed toward the highest-impact markets and activities.

Required Experience & Qualifications:
8 - 10 years of combined experience in strategy, B2B marketing or product marketing, with direct experience supporting EMEA markets
Proven experiance managing multi-country campaigns across Europe and/or broader EMEA
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (e.g., SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, content marketing) and demand generation best practices.
Proven track record of designing, executing, and optimizing high-impact demand generation campaigns that generate qualified leads and contribute to business growth.
Experience using marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Pardot) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines.
