Factory Services is a Supply Chain organization responsible for delivering value‑added services directly at the factory, ensuring devices are customer‑ready before they ship.

Within this organization, Factory Service Delivery team is responsible for translating customer expectations into operational services, ensuring end‑to‑end readiness, service quality, and SLA attainment. By working closely with engineering, PDM, procurement, manufacturing, and commercial teams, FSPMs enable scalable, compliant, and efficient service deployment across regions while continuously improving processes and customer experience.

Working closely with FSPMs and cross‑functional stakeholders, the Process and Training lead is responsible for identifying process gaps and driving targeted, sustainable improvements across functions to strengthen operational consistency and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with FSPMs and functional representatives to identify process gaps, pain points, and inefficiencies, and lead cross‑functional improvement actions.
  • Establish and lead regular operational forums to analyze operational trends, surface risks, and prioritize improvement areas.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously evolve a strong process referential, leveraging AI capabilities to enable easy access, usage, and ongoing refresh of content.
  • Own the FSPM training framework, ensuring all FSPMs are properly trained, enabled, and equipped to manage their operational responsibilities.
  • Develop and maintain a structured, practical, and actionable training referential to support consistent process adoption and capability growth across the organization.

Education and Experience Required

  • Bachelor`s or Master`s degree in Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent field
  • Experience 7+ years in IT industry and/or Supply Chain
  • Customer engagement related experience would be an advantage

Knowledge and Skills Required

  • Strong understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain processes, including Plan, Source, Make, and Deliver.
  • Advanced project management capabilities, with proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams across multiple geographies.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills, able to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, enabling data‑driven business decisions.
  • Ability to think end‑to‑end while maintaining attention to detail when required.
  • Demonstrated capability to lead improvement initiatives and drive innovative solutions, including outside formal or predefined project structures.
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills, with the ability to create clear, well‑structured, and executive‑ready presentations.
  • Highly autonomous, rigorous, and responsive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
