As an experienced Sales Consultant for Flite EMEA, the successful candidate will drive sales and community growth for Fliteboard, FLITELab*, and other future brands and products at Flite. This individual will excel at nurturing customer relationships, actively building community, and championing the customer experience throughout the sales journey. The consultant will leverage a data-driven approach to managing the sales funnel, helping expand Flite’s footprint in the EMEA region.
Key Success Measures:
- Develop, qualify, and nurture sales leads across the region, building a robust and sustainable sales funnel using CRM and analytics tools.
- Build long-term relationships with customers, providing high-touch, personalised experiences from first contact to after-sales support.
- Represent Fliteboard at regional events, demo days, and community initiatives.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell to increase customer lifetime value.
- Promote customer loyalty through proactive engagement in user communities, workshops, and ambassador programs.
- Provide regular feedback, insights, and regional opportunities to the global e-commerce and marketing team to help shape campaigns and digital marketing strategies.
- Maintain expert-level knowledge of current product offerings and emerging trends in the watersports segment.
- Collaborate with digital and regional marketing teams to execute campaigns and content tailored to local markets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and customer journeys to analyse performance and optimise the sales approach.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes, sales tools, and customer touchpoints.

Experience and skills :
- Minimum 3 years’ proven sales success in watersports, yachting, premium toys, or related luxury leisure industries.
- Demonstrable passion for exceptional customer experience, relationship-building, and active community participation.
- Strong data-driven mindset with proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce or equivalent, managing sales processes and customer data effectively.
- Experience using Shopify for processing online orders and sales operations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting, data analysis, and presentations.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing principles and the ability to provide actionable feedback to marketing and e-commerce teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Event representation skills and ability to network within watersports and leisure industry communities.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, with strong organisational and time management skills.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree is preferred
- Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
- Passion for innovation, sustainability, and watersports aligns with Fliteboard’s culture.
This exciting position is a Global Grade 10 and offers a salary of between Eur 53,000 and Eur 64,000 (payable in 12.8 instalments). Please be aware that this range represents the pay range for all positions within the job grade in which the post falls. The actual salary offer will consider a wide range of factors, including skills, experience, and location (country). We also offer the following benefits:
