Your role:
Coordinate Cutting & Lead Prep Technology (cable & tubes) activity in EDS EU
Act as co-leader for the Global Cutting Horizontal Team
Coordinate equipment technical needs for Cutting & Lead Prep network rollout
Be the representative in EOS team for Cutting, Special Cables & Lead Prep department.
Support start-up of processes on different sites assuring flawless launches.
Ensure the Quality Management System (EOS), the Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management System requirement: Knowledge of the requirements of handling and storage of chemicals Knowledge of circuits for collection and storage of waste
Promote and participate in ICIM / MCIP / IMCIP programs
Comply and enforce the rules of internal control
Demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to the quality management system by:
Taking accountability of the effectiveness of the quality management system
Ensuring that the quality policy and quality objectives are established for the quality management system and are compatible with the strategic direction and the context of the organization
Ensuring the integration of the quality management system - promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking
Ensuring that the resources needed for the quality management system are available
Communicating the importance of effective quality management and of conforming to the quality management system requirements
Ensuring that the quality management system achieves its intended results - engaging, directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system, promoting improvement
Supporting other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility.
Your background:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
Plus 5 years of experience in process engineering, ideally with cutting machines or similar equipment.
Strong understanding of cutting technology.
Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
