Your role:

  • Coordinate Cutting & Lead Prep Technology (cable & tubes) activity in EDS EU

  • Act as co-leader for the Global Cutting Horizontal Team

  • Coordinate equipment technical needs for Cutting & Lead Prep network rollout

  • Be the representative in EOS team for Cutting, Special Cables & Lead Prep department.

  • Support start-up of processes on different sites assuring flawless launches.

  • Ensure the Quality Management System (EOS), the Environmental Management System and Occupational Health and Safety (OH&S) Management System requirement: Knowledge of the requirements of handling and storage of chemicals Knowledge of circuits for collection and storage of waste

  • Promote and participate in ICIM / MCIP / IMCIP programs

  • Comply and enforce the rules of internal control

  • Demonstrate leadership and commitment with respect to the quality management system by:

  • Taking accountability of the effectiveness of the quality management system

  • Ensuring that the quality policy and quality objectives are established for the quality management system and are compatible with the strategic direction and the context of the organization

  • Ensuring the integration of the quality management system - promoting the use of the process approach and risk-based thinking

  • Ensuring that the resources needed for the quality management system are available

  • Communicating the importance of effective quality management and of conforming to the quality management system requirements

  • Ensuring that the quality management system achieves its intended results - engaging, directing and supporting persons to contribute to the effectiveness of the quality management system, promoting improvement

  • Supporting other relevant management roles to demonstrate their leadership as it applies to their areas of responsibility.

Your background:

  •  Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).

  • Plus 5 years of experience in process engineering, ideally with cutting machines or similar equipment.

  • Strong understanding of cutting technology.

  • Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production setting.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Problem-solving and continuous improvement mindset.
