Job Description

Rockwell Automation's Global Managed Services and Support (MSS) organization is looking for an Engage Community Leader.

You are one who can bring the vision of community-as-a-service to life through working with Rockwell Automation end-users, distributors, solution integrators, and partners throughout its digital support communities.

As a Community Leader you will work with our Customer Experience, Capabilities & Innovation, and MSS teams to moderate forums on the community engage, facilitate customer needs to our support channels, and establish an outcome-based delivery model for our customers.

This is an individual contributor role; however, you will indirectly manage smaller teams as a committee to implement activities for the community. You would also be expected to travel 10 – 20% of the time for main Rockwell Automation events, or meetings based on your location.

You will report to the Global Services Director and can work a hybrid schedule, three days per week onsite at the nearest Rockwell Automation office.

Your Responsibilities - you will do:

  • Lead customer enablement through adoption of the Online Community Platform
  • Work with customers, product leaders, and client success teams on a successful Community strategy
  • Accomplish corporate goals according to the Indicators for the community.
  • Review and interpret report data to lead proactive engagements with our customers
  • Work across departments to guide internal community participation according to corporate goals.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience demonstrating leadership capabilities and working with different teams across functional boundaries.
  • Legal authorization to work in the region.

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

  • Experience in a support or customer-facing role.
  • Minimum 2 years experience in product marketing, product advocacy, client or customer success, or sales enablement.
  • Experience leading projects directly and indirectly with a collaborative mindset.
