To assist the embroidery department in day-to-day tasks. Primary responsibilities will include facilitating paperwork delivery to contractors.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Prepare embroidery work orders in a timely and effective manner.
Support the delivery of work orders to contractors in order of priority.
Ensure all orders are colored accurately and quality standards of Peter Millar embroidery are met.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Works independently while still balancing proper escalation on potential challenges to manager in a proactive manner.

Strong computer skills, to include Microsoft Office products; must be proficient in Excel, Word and Outlook.
Ensures a high level of customer service and quality experience for customers.
DESIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
Background in Embroidery and/or graphics is a plus.
Internship Program Overview:
This is a paid, in-person internship based in our Raleigh or Durham offices, running from May 18 through August 7, 2026. Interns are paid $18.25 per hour and will gain hands-on experience by being fully integrated into their respective teams. Throughout the internship, participants will complete a capstone project, collaborate cross-functionally, connect with company leaders and executives, and participate in intern lunch-and-learns and other professional development opportunities.
