What will you do? 

This role will be tactical in nature – reviewing, analyzing and distilling complex data across platforms to bring recommendations to the MarCom and content teams to define and/or alter strategies across channels. Your data-driven insights will help our team create actionable strategies that shape what we do for our audiences.

  • Marketing Automation & CRM: Optimize, and execute campaigns using Eloqua, Salesforce, and other marketing automation platforms to drive engagement and conversions. You will do this with leadership from our Sr. Manager of MarCom – including muscle movements including (but not limited to) lead generation efforts.
  • Email Marketing Strategy: Build and optimize email campaigns, nurture journeys, workflows, and A/B testing to enhance lead generation and customer retention.
  • User Journey Mapping: Help to develop, analyze, and enhance customer journeys across digital touchpoints, ensuring a personalized and seamless experience.
  • Data & Analytics: Leverage data visualization tools and CRM reporting to analyze marketing performance, customer segmentation, and campaign ROI.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely across the Global Downstream Marketing team to support omnichannel strategies and insights-driven decision-making.

Education 
•    Bachelor’s degree in digital marketing, or a related field. 

Experience Required
•    3-5+ years of experience in marketing automation, CRM, or digital marketing technology roles, preferably in healthcare or life sciences
•    Expertise in Eloqua, Salesforce, and Adobe Suite; experience with other automation tools (Marketo, etc.)

Preferred

  • Experience with AI-driven marketing tools and predictive analytics
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for email and landing page optimization
  • Certification in Eloqua, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, or Adobe Analytics is a plus
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
  • Healthcare experience preferred
