Position Summary:


Responsible for executing the strategic direction of key organizational programs with an emphasis on operational excellence programs. This role ensures alignment with company goals, regulatory standards, budgetary expectations and stakeholder expectations. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration, manages program-level risks and resources, and ensures timely delivery of outcomes while supporting a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence. Faciliates onsite operational excellence programs.

Essential Responsibilities:   

  • Lead the planning, development, and implementation of enterprise-level training. Align program goals with organizational strategy, ensuring measurable outcomes and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams, external business partners, vendors and leadership. Facilitate communication, manage expectations, and ensure transparency across all program phases. Present, represent and report to ELO and Business leaders program accomplishments and changing requirements. 
  • Oversee the scheduling, coordination, and delivery of training sessions across multiple locations. Measure operational metrics to assess training effectiveness and efficiency. Use data analytics to identify trends, measure ROI, and continuously improve training programs. Ensure accurate maintenance records of training activities, certifications, and regulatory and compliance documentation.
  • Track budgetary performance and look for opportunities for continuous improvement and increased efficiency. Provide regular updates to leadership, highlighting progress, risks, and opportunities for optimization.
  • Ensure all training programs meet internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. Support audits and inspections by providing documentation and evidence of training compliance. Identify and mitigate risks related to training delivery, content accuracy, and learner safety. Promote a culture of continuous learning, safety, and professional development.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree in business, education, program management, or related field, or equivalent education and experience
  • Five years’ experience in training, program coordination, or program management in a corporate environment 
  • Proven written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate at a technical and non-technical level
  • Broad-based working knowledge of the company and Technical Training environment or ability to quickly learn
  • Leadership, change management, and program management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with multiple stakeholders

Preferred Reqruiements:

  • Instructional Design experience.
  • Facilitator certification.

Non-Bargaining

The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $84,900.00 to $120,566.66 per year
