Job Description
Responsibilities
- Attract and mentor a team of talented electronics engineers, supporting their personal and professional growth
- Drive excellence through process optimization, standardization, adoption of AI, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Foster a culture of collaboration, shared goals, ownership, and on-time delivery
- Align team contributions with program objectives and organizational priorities
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop technical roadmaps aligned with customer needs
Qualifications and experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical, or a related engineering field (Master’s preferred)
- Strong foundation in electronics engineering, including circuit design, PCB layout, testing, and prototype procurement
- Proven experience leading engineers in developing high-quality products, preferably in the medical industry
- Curiosity and interest in applying AI to enhance hardware development processes
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and influencing skills
- Ability to inspire, set clear expectations, coach, and foster a positive and inclusive culture
- Solution-oriented and curious mindset with passion for continuous learning
- Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, and EU work permit
Desirable skills
- Experience in basic physiological measurements, including pulse oximetry (SpO₂), heart rate (HR), and electrocardiogram (ECG)
- Experience working under a Quality Management System (QMS), preferably in medical or automotive industries
- Project leadership experience with a proven track record of successful product releases
- Knowledge of product lifecycle management, post-launch monitoring, and design changes
- Experience working with cross-cultural teams
