$59,066.00 - $88,599.00

Installs, maintains and repairs all functions of electrical power apparatus, controls, electrical
systems, and equipment throughout the Albany Medical Center. Checks apparatus for safety hazards. Installs and maintains nurse call systems, signaling systems, and fire alarm systems. Installs, maintains, and repairs various types of commercial, industrial, and residential appliances and equipment. Assists other tradespeople to complete projects as required. Assists in snow removal services.

Minimum High School graduate or equivalent and five years’ experience as a commercial electrician or controls tech.  Must have an excellent working knowledge of National Electrical Codes, NFPA Healthcare Codes, NFPA Life Safety Codes.
