The Opportunity:
CACI’s Enterprise IT (EIT) Sector is seeking a skilled Electrician. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design, installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems. This role requires a deep understanding of electrical systems, systems engineering principles, and facility infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in electrical system design, implementation, and management. You’ll contribute to delivering high-performance, secure and modern network solutions that enhance mission readiness across Army CONUS locations.

Responsibilities:
Design and architect electrical systems and architectural elements, including wiring, circuits, and electrical panels.
Develop detailed system specifications, diagrams, and documentation to guide implementation and maintenance.
Ensure electrical systems and architectural designs align with organizational standards, policies, and industry best practices.
Integrate electrical systems and architectural elements with other facility and IT infrastructure components, such as HVAC, security, and data systems.
Collaborate with IT and Facilities teams to ensure seamless integration and interoperability of electrical systems and architectural designs with existing technologies.
Oversee the implementation and deployment of electrical systems and architectural elements, ensuring adherence to design specifications and timelines.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to execute system deployments.
Conduct testing and validation of electrical systems and architectural designs to ensure functionality and reliability.
Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
Engage with key stakeholders to gather requirements, secure buy-in, and ensure electrical systems and architectural designs align with US Army objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement within electrical systems and architectural designs and workflows.
Stay updated on the latest electrical and architectural technologies and trends to enhance system performance and efficiency.
Optimize resource utilization and implement scaling strategies to meet changing demands.
Prepare reports on system performance, issues, and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications:
Required
US citizen with ability to obtain Secret security clearance
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and 10+ years of experience in electrical system installation, maintenance, repair and architectural design (High school diploma or equivalent plus additional technical training or certification in electrical systems may be considered in lieu of bachelor's degree)
Journeyman Electrician certification or equivalent
Certified Systems Engineering Professional (CSEP) or equivalent
In-depth knowledge of electrical systems, including wiring, circuits, and electrical panels
Strong understanding of architectural design principles and practices
Proficiency in electrical protocols and facility infrastructure
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform physical tasks, including climbing ladders, bending, and lifting heavy objects
Desired:
Additional certifications in electrical systems (e.g., National Electrical Code (NEC) certification) and architectural design (e.g., LEED accreditation) are highly desirable
Active Secret security clearance

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$108,900 - $239,500
