Electrical Maintenance Engineer

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with strong communication skills, strategic thinking, and creative ideas that make a difference to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and oversee electrical maintenance operations, including the coordination of repairs on PLC-controlled machinery,

• Develop and implement periodic maintenance plans (daily/weekly/monthly/annual),

• Respond swiftly to failures to reduce downtime and perform necessary revisions,

• Supervise external service providers when needed,

• Coordinate procurement of spare parts,

• Maintain detailed records and reports on equipment,

• Contribute to sustainability and energy efficiency initiatives,

• Maintain close communication with production other departments.

Qualifications

• Graduated from Electrical or Electrical-Electronics Engineering departments,

• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing environments,

• Proficiency in English,

• Familiar with maintenance and general equipment repair,

• Skilled in cable assembly and interpreting electrical schematics,

• Experienced in electrical measurement tools,

• Preferably holds a High Voltage Operating Certificate,

• Resides or willing to relocate to İstanbul Asian side or Kocaeli (Gebze, Darıca, Çayırova).
