● Participate in new product development from concept to mass production,
collaborating with cross-functional teams.
● Design and analyze electrical circuits for battery charging, power supply, and
related systems, meeting customer requirements and safety standards.
● Perform electrical tolerance analysis and Design Failure Mode and Effects
Analysis (DFMEA).
● Support prototype and pilot builds, ensuring proper functionality and
performance.
● Conduct electrical verification testing based on product specifications and
generate detailed test reports.
● Release electrical prints and parts qualification reports.
● Evaluate complex components and develop test procedures and fixtures to
ensure compliance with functional specifications.
● Participate in the testing and evaluation of designs, analyzing results and
collaborating with senior engineers.
● Develop necessary instrumentation skills and learn industry-specific standards
for electrical designs.
● Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
● Experience or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
● Strong understanding of electrical design principles, including schematic design
and circuit analysis.
● Experience with battery and charger design and testing is a plus.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
● Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Passion for learning and a drive to deliver high-quality results.
