The opportunity
Hitachi Energy Transformer Business Unit in Greater China operates across 55 cities, employs over 1,900 staff, and manages 5 transformer manufacturing plants. More than 90% of its sales come from locally manufactured products. We offer a comprehensive portfolio of Transformers Products, Solutions and Services. Transformers are essential in all electricity-related fields and applications, including power generation, transmission and distribution, oil, chemical and gas, industrial manufacturing, semiconductor and data centers, as well as building and transportation sectors.

How you’ll make an impact
1. You will be working in engineering department of power transformer design.
2. You will be responsible for electrical design of power transformer order and tender designs, support market and sales strategy to meet the customer needs.
3. You will be coordinating design activities within a worldwide factories network and influence specification at the tender and pre-tender stage by conceptual discussions.
4. You will support the local & global organization on S&M, SCM, quality activities, cost savings and support product type test and review test reports.
5. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

Your background
1. You hold a bachelor's or master's degree of Electrical Engineering from 985,211 university with basic theory concept on the high voltage technology, power grids system and electrical motor etc..
2. A team player, open minded, team oriented and autonomous, additional languages knowledge is considered an advantage.
3. Quick learner with ability to master new areas and curiosity in different scientific areas like hydraulic, thermal, mechanical... with structured approach for issues solving.
4. Strong team working ability, good communication skill, office skill and simulation skill would be preferred, well organized and thorough.
5. Fluent in English Language in both spoken and written is a must.
