[ELDP] Polymer Materials Molding Process Engineer

The Role: 

This role focuses on polymer-based products such as drums, tubing, and injection-molded components. You will be responsible for mastering polymer forming processes, ensuring product consistency, chemical resistance, and driving continuous improvement in production efficiency. 

In this role you will: 

• Develop and optimize molding and extrusion processes for polymer products including drums, tubing, and injection components 

• Conduct stress testing and rheological analysis to improve product reliability 

• Establish and maintain SOPs and process documentation for polymer forming operations 

• Lead or support continuous improvement projects to enhance material utilization and automation potential
