· Responsible for implementation EHS system (GSSF & ISO14001).
· Develop EHS goals and strategy, and work with management team in implementation that.
· Responsible for keeping up with changes in regulatory compliance issues and implementing changes as required in our facilities.
· Develop EHS procedures and work instructions.
· Coordinate EHS committee meeting and track all meeting minutes.
· Responsible for incidents, EHS inspection analysing and communicating EHS statistics to plant manager.
· Meeting government, BW global, the third part, WOFE’s EHS requirement, and communicate those requirements in team and track that.
· Ensure that EHS inspection and audit programs are in place to identify and address potential hazards and/or unsafe behaviour to prevent injuries, illnesses and property damage. And track until closure.
· Monitor and collect each department EHS data (such as incidents, findings, lost days), and report to management team and global.
· Responsible for make EHS training plan and ensure all level’s employee get EHS training.
· Conduct evacuation drill or any emergency response drill.
· Hold various EHS activities to improve employee EHS awareness and creating EHS culture.
· Communicate with government (such as Environment, Safety, Occupational health, and fire department) regularly about EHS issue.
· Be designated and responsible for assisting the site manager in implementing safety & health programs and the site safety and health plan.
