As a Diploma Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality early childhood education and care while supporting children’s development in a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting the planning and delivery of engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
Building strong, positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Maintaining a safe, inclusive, and welcoming learning environment
Contributing to documentation, observations, and reflective practice
Working collaboratively with your team to uphold the National Quality Standards (NQS)
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
Current Working with Children Check (QLD – Blue Card)
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification
Sound knowledge of EYLF and the National Quality Framework
A positive attitude and genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and wellbeing
