The Educational Technology & iCAP Coordinator plays a dual role in supporting student success through two interconnected areas of responsibility: coordinating the Indiana Course Access Portal (iCAP) dual enrollment program for high school students, and providing educational technology support for faculty and students across the Madison campus. This position serves as a primary point of contact for high school partners and dual enrollment students in the iCAP program and campus faculty seeking instructional technology assistance, and works collaboratively with academic, enrollment, and administrative teams to advance the Madison campus K-14 and digital learning initiatives.
