About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Full-Time Educational Leader to join our team at Busy Bees at The Park. You will play a key role in delivering high-quality education and care for children, while working alongside a collaborative team of educators and leaders.
Your responsibilities will include:
Lead and mentor a team of educators, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Guide the development, planning, and evaluation of educational programs, ensuring they meet the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS).
Build strong relationships with families, children, and external agencies to enhance the learning environment.
What You’ll Need
Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or actively working towards).
Current Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Registration – ACT.
Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain).
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
A passion for supporting children’s learning journeys.
