Busy Bees at Armstrong Creek is seeking an experienced and passionate Educational Leader to drive pedagogy, mentor educators, and embed high-quality practice across the service. This role is ideal for a leader who enjoys influencing practice, coaching teams, and strengthening outcomes aligned with the EYLF and NQS.
About the Role
Lead pedagogical practice across the service in line with the EYLF and NQS
Mentor and coach educators, supporting reflective practice and continuous improvement
Collaborate with the Centre Director to guide curriculum, compliance, and quality improvement planning
Support programming, documentation and assessment to lift practice and outcomes
Build strong partnerships with educators, families, and the wider leadership network
What You’ll Need
Diploma or Bachelor in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA-approved)
Proven experience in an Educational Leader or senior leadership role
Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS and quality improvement processes
Working with Children Check (Employee – VIC)
Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
