About the Role
The L&D team member is responsible for delivering engaging and impactful learning experiences to employees at all levels.
This role focuses on the end-to-end learning experience for the employees. Starts from creating learning programs and budgeting, facilitating learning sessions, and understand which learning areas to tap in within the industry. With all of those, this position is expected to be able to develop skills, knowledge, and capabilities of employees that is aligned with organizational goals.
What You Will Do
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of learning programs, from planning and scheduling to communication and follow-up.
- Facilitate learning sessions for employees across various levels and functions.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and business leaders to ensure programs are relevant and effective.
- Able to build an interactive and engaging participation, discussion, and interaction to maximize learning outcomes.
- Evaluate training effectiveness (ROI) and recommend improvements not only to enhance learning impact but also to enhance the effectiveness of business process.
- Execute learning-related administration process.
- Coordinate with external vendors, trainers, and SMEs to deliver high-quality programs
- Develop new learning initiatives to enhance learning culture within the organization.
- Able to plan and share strategic insights on budgeting plan
- Maintain accurate training records and ensure compliance with regulatory or industry learning requirements.
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Education, Organizational Development, or related field.
- 4 years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Training roles.
- Proven experience designing and delivering training programs (virtual and in-person).
- Experience using an LMS and content creation tools (e.g., Articulate 360, Canva, Rise, Captivate) is a plus.
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate learners.
- Excellent communication in English.
- Ability to analyze data and measure program effectiveness.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in leadership development or competency-based training.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable in supporting learning-related administration process.
