Responsibilities:

  • Provide market-leading, tailored training to customers, colleagues and Distributor Specialists

  • Provide assistance and support to REU Marketing, R&D and international colleagues

  • Ensure that customer requests are handled in a timely and professional manner in accordance with contractual obligations

  • Support Marketing/Sales activities at exhibitions, conferences and seminars when possible.

  • Maintain long-term positive relationships with customers acting upon customer feedback to drive NPS and Customer Satisfaction

  • Actively contribute to Service delivery to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded

  • Actively manage customer evaluation and assessments to monitor trends in student performance and satisfaction

  • Act as a conduit between customers and product development; proactively articulating regional requirements within PCP

  • To be able to install and upgrade Elekta Brachy systems according Elekta procedures.

  • Take ownership of the installation, support, and service duties.

  • Take ownership of incoming cases (CLM) from customers and colleagues.

  • Complete the administration requirements of the role in accordance with the quality system in a timely and accurate manner.

  • Work as required at times and locations dictated by the needs of the customer of Elekta.

  • Provide feedback to your manager about any problems, solutions or opportunities which may need to be communicated to other parties.

Relevant Knowledge, skills and competEncies:

  • Experience with the following: Microsoft Office, Citrix and CLM systems, where applicable.

  • Competent with relevant IT technology including Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications.

  • Strong technical skills in PC/Network Computing, and network administration

  • Elekta Train the Trainer certification (or equivalent)

  • Working knowledge of Elekta hardware and software products and proficiency in assigned product specialties

  • Strong clinical background in Radiography and working knowledge of clinical workflow

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Excellent presentation skills (ability to communicate effectively to a group)

  • Ability to effectively interact with customers (via phone and face-to-face)

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in healthcare /computer science /adult education to include one year of software training experience on healthcare/medical applications or other software applications

  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills

  • Other languages desirable
