Provide market-leading, tailored training to customers, colleagues and Distributor Specialists
Provide assistance and support to REU Marketing, R&D and international colleagues
Ensure that customer requests are handled in a timely and professional manner in accordance with contractual obligations
Support Marketing/Sales activities at exhibitions, conferences and seminars when possible.
Maintain long-term positive relationships with customers acting upon customer feedback to drive NPS and Customer Satisfaction
Actively contribute to Service delivery to ensure that customer expectations are exceeded
Actively manage customer evaluation and assessments to monitor trends in student performance and satisfaction
Act as a conduit between customers and product development; proactively articulating regional requirements within PCP
To be able to install and upgrade Elekta Brachy systems according Elekta procedures.
Take ownership of the installation, support, and service duties.
Take ownership of incoming cases (CLM) from customers and colleagues.
Complete the administration requirements of the role in accordance with the quality system in a timely and accurate manner.
Work as required at times and locations dictated by the needs of the customer of Elekta.
Provide feedback to your manager about any problems, solutions or opportunities which may need to be communicated to other parties.
Experience with the following: Microsoft Office, Citrix and CLM systems, where applicable.
Competent with relevant IT technology including Windows OS, Microsoft Office applications.
Strong technical skills in PC/Network Computing, and network administration
Elekta Train the Trainer certification (or equivalent)
Working knowledge of Elekta hardware and software products and proficiency in assigned product specialties
Strong clinical background in Radiography and working knowledge of clinical workflow
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent presentation skills (ability to communicate effectively to a group)
Ability to effectively interact with customers (via phone and face-to-face)
Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 75% of the time
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience in healthcare /computer science /adult education to include one year of software training experience on healthcare/medical applications or other software applications
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
Other languages desirable
