Requirements
University degree in a relevant field (German Philology, Applied Linguistics, Teacher Training College)
Proven fluency in GERMAN (spoken and written), level C1 or more according to CEFR
Strong organizational skills and ability to work effectively in a team
Reliability and commitment to meeting deadlines
Creativity and openness to new ideas
Curiosity about the world and a genuine interest in educational development
Flexibility and readiness to work under time pressure and adapt to change
Experience in teaching German at school is a strong asset
Experience in editing texts and developing educational publications is highly desirable
Key tasks
Developing concepts for educational publication series and overseeing their execution
Working as a part of publishing projects in collaboration with authors, graphic designers, recording studios, design teams, external editors, and Ministry of Education experts
Providing substantive and didactic editing of educational materials
Participating in market research, classroom observations, and cooperating with teachers
Ensuring proper documentation of projects, including contracts and copyright compliance
Co-creating and supporting marketing campaigns for educational products
Monitoring competitors and analyzing market trends
Tracking developments in language education in Poland and internationally
Contributing to budget planning, scheduling, and achieving business goals
Researching and monitoring new trends in foreign languages eduaction (mostly German) and development of new techologies and AI
