Our Impact:

The eDiscovery & Data Management team handles all discovery-related requests for litigation, internal investigations, and regulatory inquiries. We leverage technology and expertise to deliver comprehensive services across the legal department, including technical support. Our team manages data collection, processing, hosting, and production, as well as secure data transfers and troubleshooting. By applying in-house tools and best practices, we maintain control over data integrity and deliver defensible, efficient solutions.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will ensure timely and accurate completion of eDiscovery and data management requests. You will identify opportunities for process improvement, implement efficiencies, and keep the team aligned with evolving technologies and industry standards. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Providong strategic guidance on work assignments.

  • Advising on approach and priorities, and collaborates with internal stakeholders and external partners to meet objectives.

  • Receiving assignments in the form of objectives and determines resource allocation to achieve schedules and goals.

  • Recommending policy changes and establishing procedures based on workload and demand.

  • Working on issues of diverse scope requiring evaluation of multiple factors, including current business trends.

  • Acting as an advisor to subordinates to resolve technical challenges and meet deadlines.

  • Managing coordination of departmental activities including document review, legal hold and data preservation.

Qualifications:

  • 8- 10+ years of relevant experience, including 2+ years in a management role.

  • Strong knowledge of eDiscovery principles (EDRM) and Legal Hold Administration and management.

  • Strong technical expertise combined with business acumen.

  • Ability to lead diverse teams and foster collaboration.

  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.

  • This role requires a high level of organization, strong technical skills and the ability to distribute the workload.

  • The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of both technical and business needs.

  • Managing multiple projects and personality types a plus.

This position has an annualized market-based salary range of $126,000 - $188,000 and is eligible to participate in the annual incentive program. The final salary offered will generally fall within this range and is dependent on various factors including but not limited to the responsibilities of the position, experience, skill set, internal pay equity and other relevant qualifications of the applicant.
