Title: eCommerce Business Analyst
Reports to: Manager, Digital and eCommerce
Location: Monterrey, NL.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge the gap between our commercial, operational, and IT teams while managing and improving the content of our eCommerce platform. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, a deep understanding of business processes, and hands-on experience in managing web content. This position will focus on optimizing the user experience, ensuring technical requirements align with business goals, and maintaining high-quality content on our eCommerce platform.
The role combines responsibilities of a Business Analyst and an eCommerce Content Coordinator, focusing on supporting technical solutions and content management for Genie’s eCommerce platform. The Business Analyst portion involves analyzing business operations, translating requirements into IT specifications, and providing day-to-day application support. The Content Coordinator aspect includes managing website content, enriching product data, and ensuring site layout and content adhere to best practices.

Able to elaborate a bit more, go into detail etc. For technical skills - HTML/CSS and Agile familiarity, experience working independently and with teams. Communication is a real big one since they will need to communicate often with a wide variety of depts
