· 制定并执行年度/季度/月度销售计划,完成客户进货及GMV等核心指标。
· 监控店铺日常运营,包括商品上架、页面优化、价格策略、库存协调等。
· 分析销售数据、流量来源及用户行为,帮助客户优化方案并推动落地。
客户执行管理
· 协助客户参与京东平台大促(如618、双11)、品类日、店铺活动等,整合资源提升曝光与销量。
· 管理客户推广执行(如京东快车、京挑客等)。
· 协同管理客户内容营销,打造差异化店铺矩阵。
3. 客户关系与口碑维护
· 监控店铺评价及售后问题,提升用户满意度。
· 处理重大客诉,维护品牌形象,减少负面影响。
· 协助客户通过会员体系、私域运营等方式增强用户复购与忠诚度。
4. 平台协作与资源整合
· 对接京东行业采销,争取活动资源位、平台补贴及政策支持。
· 跟进平台规则变化,及时调整运营策略,规避风险。
· 协调设计、客服、物流、供应链团队,保障店铺高效运转。
5. 市场与竞品分析
· 监测行业趋势、竞品动态及新品动向,制定差异化竞争策略。
· 定期输出运营分析报告,为产品开发及市场策略提供建议。
任职要求
1. 教育背景与经验
· 本科及以上学历。
· 3年以上京东POP店铺运营经验,有旗舰店/核心店铺成功案例者优先。
· 熟悉保健品类目者尤佳。
2. 技能要求
· 具备优秀的数据分析能力,能通过数据发现问题并驱动决策。
· 熟悉电商流量逻辑、用户运营及内容营销玩法。
3. 核心素质
· 结果导向,抗压性强,能适应电商快节奏与高强度促销节点。
· 沟通协调能力突出,具备平台谈判与跨部门推动能力。
· 思维灵活,有创新意识,对市场变化敏感。
· 注重细节,责任心强,具备团队管理潜力。
