SkyZone

Early Childhood Play & Care Associate

New Rochelle, NY Part time

ABOUT THE COMPANY:

Cloudbound is a reimagined playspace for the earliest years of childhood - designed not only to spark discovery in children ages 0 - 6, but also to meet the real needs of modern parents. Backed by the creators of the Sky Zone brand and grounded in research from leading developmental experts, the Cloudbound concept blends the wonder of a children’s museum with the energy of a playground in a setting that has been as well-considered for adults as it has been for kids. As a true third space for young families, Cloudbound parks will offer enriching, open-ended play for children alongside a clean, comfortable, and design-forward environment for caregivers.

JOB SUMMARY:

The CloudGuide (Play & Care Specialist) is the heart of the Cloudbound experience, the trusted friend kids adore and the familiar face parents rely on. Combining the energy of a play leader, the creativity of an educator, and the warmth of a mentor, CloudGuides bring joy and connection to every guest interaction.

CloudGuides lead children through play-based learning and “Moments” classes designed around Cloudbound’s structured curriculum. They engage directly on the play floor, guiding, celebrating, and inspiring young children while fostering a safe and encouraging environment that allows families to feel fully at ease. Every interaction, smile, and conversation helps shape the memories families will cherish.
