The Opportunity: 

The Army requires Subject Matter Expert (SME) and full time equivalent (FTE) instructors to assist military and government Service personnel in the planning, coordination, synchronization, and execution of live, virtual, and constructive training. Classroom training events as well as individual and collective training support programs designed to prepare key leaders, individuals, units, and staff or headquarters elements to perform their mission, successfully plan, coordinate, and execute operations according to established principles.

As a trainer on our team, you’ll provide platform instruction and facilitated discussion that meets or exceeds all standards issued or published by NORTHCOM. You’ll showcase your technical expertise and industry knowledge and collaborate to devise creative solutions for mission-critical problems. Be empowered to tap into your experience to manage and deliver training to create learning objectives, ensuring a variety of learning styles for learner's needs. Use training materials, resources, media, technology, and delivery to cultivate a learning environment that actively promotes learner engagement. Your skills will ensure that we deliver the best quality of instruction.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $69,400.00 to $158,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
