Position Summary: Performs drug, alcohol, and functional tests for donors.
Essential functions:
- Drives a company provided vehicle to client locations and performs drug tests.
- May perform collections following DOT specimen collections guidelines, which includes direct observation and possible oral swab sample collection.
- May perform breath alcohol testing following DOT alcohol testing guidelines.
- May perform hair collections following Psychemedics guidelines.
- May perform pulmonary function testing using systems/instruments following OSHA Guidelines, Audio metric hearing, vision examinations, blood pressure checks, respiratory fit testing following OSHA Guidelines for quantitative fit testing, or lab work requiring blood draws.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Key Skills and Experience:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Valid Drivers License.
- Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Obtain DOT Urine Specimen Collector certification within two (2) weeks of employment.
- Obtain DOT EBT (Evidential Breath Testing) certification within two (2) weeks of employment.
- Obtain DOT Hair Collection certification within two (2) weeks of employment.
- Computer skills including a basic skill level in Microsoft Office.
Physical Requirements:
- Speak, read and write fluently in English. Sight and hearing. Walk, sit, stand, use hands, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms. Lift up to forty (40) pounds frequently. Climb stairs and jump or climb from a dock to a boat frequently.

Compensation for this role is determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, training, and internal equity. Pay may also vary based on geographic location in accordance with our compensation practices.
