Transports our clientele from our treatment programs to residential placements, public transportation hubs and related health care appointments.

Job Description:

  • Schedule: Per Diem

Essential Functions/Key Responsibilities:

  • Transports our clients safely to their destination.

  • Maintain all logs and reporting requirements (vehicle checks and tracking mileage.)

  • Assists with program delivery needs.

  • Responsible for bringing vehicle in for regularly scheduled maintenance appointments and keeping the vehicle clean.

  • Will be responsible for transporting client’s medications and cell phones between routes.

  • Observes BILH BS safety and security procedures; determines appropriate action beyond guidelines and reports potentially unsafe conditions to Transportation Coordinator. Uses equipment and materials properly.

  • May require limited overtime, on limited occasions.

  •  All other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).

  • Current and valid driver’s License, and a proven record of safe driving.

  • Must demonstrate compassion for populations served in BILH BS and have a willingness to work in a multicultural setting and share a customer service orientation.

 

 

Pay Range:

$20.00 - $24.38

The pay range listed for this position is the base hourly wage range the organization reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this position at this time. Actual compensation is determined based on several factors, that may include seniority, education, training, relevant experience, relevant certifications, geography of work location, job responsibilities, or other applicable factors permissible by law.  Compensation may exceed the base hourly rate depending on shift differentials, call pay, premium pay, overtime pay, and other additional pay practices, as applicable to the position and in accordance with the law.
