Trimble is now looking for a proactive, French-speaking problem-solver to join our evolving AECO sector’s Customer Success organization, where you will play a critical role in strengthening our culture and ensuring our French-speaking customer base continues to thrive with our world-class technologies!

What Makes This Role Great:
In this role, you will be the primary engine behind our contract retention, directly influencing customer loyalty and shaping the success of our French-speaking markets by identifying churn risks and developing high-impact resolution strategies to limit churn, address customer concerns, verify terms and conditions, generate quotes, obtain approvals, and work to maximize customer retention and revenue. In this role, you will collaborate with Customer Success Managers (CSMs) and sales teams.
