JOB PURPOSE
The Dove strategy is built around 3 fundamental pillars designed to deliver brand love and business results: 1) get more from the core; 2) market making innovation; 3) bring the brand in-culture. The “Global Masterbrand ABM , Dove international” role is pivotal in supporting the 3rd pillar of this strategy through an evolution and a measurable improvement of the Dove brand equity.
The key responsibility of the role is to support the creation and the deployment of a compelling multi-year roadmap of consumer engagement initiatives for the totality of the Dove Masterbrand in PC. The objective is to evolve and improve the brand equity through a) definition and deployment of a hyper-relevant articulation of the brand narrative that ensures effective consumer engagement and unlocks growth; b) definition and execution of Brand Purpose initiative (Brand-Do activities) to bring to life the brand mission as a key element of differentiation and the amplification of the same (Brand-Say campaigns); c) the adaptation of existing North American and/or the creation of new social-first masterbrand campaigns that build brand fame in culture and strengthen brand power.
From a brand perspective, the role’s remit and responsibility includes the totality of the Dove PC Masterbrand, irrespective of the categories in which Dove operates (e.g. deodorants, skin cleansing, etc..).

In September 2020, Unilever announced the intention to build a new sustainable campus site in Kingston, London. This site will house some employees who currently work in 100 Victoria Embankment in Blackfriars together with colleagues who are currently located in Lever House in Kingston. Recruitment Fraud
Cyber criminals advertise fake job adverts with prestigious employers as a way of stealing information or even defrauding individuals out of money. In the most sophisticated cases, they will set up fake websites, which have a similar address to companies like Unilever. They even conduct fake telephone interviews and then offer candidates a role with the proviso they pay a fee for background checks or to cover work visa costs. These types of attacks are becoming more common as more people are looking for employment in the economic climate.
How is Unilever tackling this?
Many of Unilever’s recruitment sites publish a warning to candidates about recruitment fraud. The Cyber Security team also proactively scan for signs of people setting up fake Unilever sites and act to close them down.
