Carry out planned preventative maintenance and reactive call-outs
Diagnose faults efficiently and complete repairs within agreed SLAs
Ensure all work is carried out in line with KONE safety standards and quality procedures
Build strong relationships with customers, site contacts, and internal teams
Accurately complete documentation and reports using digital tools
Participate in an on-call rota where re
Proven experience as a Doors Engineer (Industrial doors essential)
Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills
Knowledge of relevant safety standards and legislation
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively
Full UK driving license
Qualified in doors
