Job Description

Position Purpose / Key Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Supervisor and/or Department Lead, the position holder performs the activities listed below, for which accurate training and authorization have been acquired. All tasks must be carried out in full compliance with company and departmental Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and applicable safety regulations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Review Batch Records to ensure accuracy, completeness, and accurate inclusion of all required attachments.
  • Manage the progress of production phases, including the uploading and tracking of documentation through the company’s information system.
  • Generate and print daily particulate alarm reports for the sterile area.
  • Provide support to Supervisors in maintaining and archiving departmental SOPs and training records.
  • Complete Batch Records and all relevant departmental documentation related to assigned activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

Essential:

  • Lower secondary school diploma (middle school level).
  • Ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain documentation accuracy.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with information management systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality and compliance.
  • Team-oriented approach and willingness to support departmental operations.
