Jackson Lewis P.C. is looking for a full-time Docket Specialist to join our esteemed nationwide docketing team. This position will act as a dedicated docket specialist for assigned office locations. The Docket Specialist will be responsible for reviewing court notices, pleadings, and agency filings, and entering the appropriate deadlines into the Firm’s docketing software in a timely manner. The Docket Specialist will also generate and distribute reports and work directly with attorneys to confirm the accuracy of case dockets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in general litigation and must have broad knowledge of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, Federal Rules of Appellate Procedure and NLRB rules and regulations. Candidates will also understand how to research rules and regulations, as necessary, and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

For Illinois, the expected hourly range for this position is between $35.00 and
$38.00. This position is also eligible for annual bonuses. Note – only include the bonus sentence if the position is eligible for a bonus. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
