We are now looking for a DND and Training Manager, to join Nissan in Saudi Arabia to lead NKSA development and optimization of Nissan’s dealer network in Saudi Arabia to ensure coverage, compliance with corporate standards, and improved customer experience. Additionally, manage essential training activities, logistics and reporting for dealer staff development.

In this role you will:

Dealer Network Development (80%)

  • Conduct network capacity analysis and competitive landscape studies to define optimal dealer coverage and performance targets.
  • Develop and implement dealer network strategy aligned with NKSA mid- and long-term business plans.
  • Plan and execute network expansion projects, including new dealer appointments and relocations.
  • Oversee dealer facility renovations and migrations, ensuring compliance with Nissan Corporate Identity (CI) standards.
  • Perform CI audits and enforce compliance across all dealer facilities.
  • Evaluate dealer financials, investment proposals, and profitability improvement plans.
  • Monitor and enforce dealership standards and processes for sales and aftersales, driving operational excellence and customer satisfaction.
  • Lead dealer performance reviews using scorecards and KPIs, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure network transformation projects are delivered on time and within budget.

Training & Operations (20%)

  • Maintain training records and certification tracking for dealer staff.
  • Generate training reports and dashboards for management review.
  • Support Training operations, training logistics, communications and reporting.

Operating environment involves dealer visits, showrooms, and training facilities. Frequent interaction with NKSA DND & CQ Team, Aftersales, Sales & Marketing teams, NSC/Dealer teams. Requires frequent travel across KSA and occasional regional trips.

Budget responsibilities: Controlling, tracking, and monitoring network development and training budgets; authorizing related expenditures; generating reports, setting goals, and collaborating with leadership to meet company objectives.

What we are looking for:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required,
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years in automotive distribution, with strong DND background; experience in KSA/GCC preferred.
  • Skills: Project management, Dealer network strategy and planning, Sales & Aftersales operations, Training coordination and LMS management.
  • Languages: English (required), Arabic (preferred).
  • Technical: MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, Salesforce.
  • Driver’s License: Required.
