DMATs II Operations Lead Analyst

The Defense Sector at Leidos is seeking an experienced Operations Lead Analyst to join our team in Reston, VA. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your expertise in a key leadership role on a $900M complex contract supporting a diverse set of DoD customers.

In this role, the Operations Lead Analyst will serve as the contractor’s single authorized interface for directing and supervising analysis teams responsible for producing high‑quality analytical products. Responsibilities include oversight of data related to the collection, production, planning, and dissemination of information under this contract. The position requires occasional travel, which may include international locations.

Primary Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise analysis teams responsible for producing analytical products across the program.
• Oversee data collection, production, planning, and dissemination to ensure accuracy, consistency, and mission alignment.
• Serve as the primary contractor interface for Government leadership regarding analysis activities and deliverables.
• Ensure timely, high‑quality analytical outputs that support operational and strategic decision‑making.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align analysis efforts with program objectives and customer requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
• Recent experience (within the last five years) directing and managing teams and task plans related to analytical product development
• Active TS/SCI clearance based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in deployed environments, including familiarity with Combatant Commands and their operational interactions
• Recent experience (within the last five years) supporting Combatant Commands as a Federal Civilian or Contractor equivalent
• Recent experience (within the last five years) in a military intelligence organization
• Experience developing or refining requirements to support technology solutions

Pay Range:

Pay Range $116,350.00 - $210,325.00
