About the Role:

As our Inventory Manager, you’ll be the go-to person for all things inventory across our stores. You’ll work closely with Store Managers and inventory leads to keep everything running smoothly; think accurate counts, proper tagging, and making sure products are front and center for customers.

Your day-to-day will include managing state-required 30-day counts, overseeing FIFO processes, and ensuring SOX quarterly audits are on point. You’ll also create clear SOPs, train store teams, and help everyone stay up to speed on best inventory management practices.

As the Inventory Manager, you’ll have a direct hand in tightening up inventory, reducing shrinkage, and improving accuracy. Plus, you’ll collaborate with District Managers and corporate partners; this role can be a great stepping stone for future opportunities

  • Organize like a pro: Help create vault layouts and storage systems that make tracking inventory easy and efficient.
  • Keep it moving: Ensure inventory flows seamlessly from receiving to the sales floor every single day.
  • Audit & verify: Oversee daily cycle counts and monthly/quarterly audits, making sure everything reconciles with Metrc.
  • Share insights: Follow reporting cadences and keep store leaders in the loop with accurate inventory data.
  • Improve processes: Recommend updates to SOPs when you see opportunities for better efficiency.
  • Stay compliant: Audit for accuracy and ensure all state regulations and company standards are met.
  • Travel often: Expect to be on the road about 80% of the time within your market.
  • Flexibility matters: Perform other duties as needed—because in retail, things change fast!
