About the Role

Distribution Technology & Data Platform Function Leader is responsible for maintaining and enhancing sales system (both BAU and new developments), improving business process, and providing data and analytical support for decision-making, in order to contribute to the sustainable growth of the DM/Agency sales channel.

1. Sales Platforms Development and Management of DM and Agency

• Efficiently manage the existing systems
• Identify areas for improvement within these platforms to enhance perofrmacne and user experience
• Monitor system to ensure the support for the sales team

2. Development and Implementation of the Features

• Research and identify new industry trends and technologies and AI-enabled tech.
• Introduce and integrate new functionalities that improve lead management, customer engagement and overall sales efficiency
• Work closely with Sales teams to understand their needs and hear from the field

3. Sales Data Analysis & Strategic Insights

• Performance status analysis: Conduct data analysis to diagnose key indicators such as sales activities, productivity, and BQ
• Performance variation/cause analysis: Analyse data to identify internal/external factors behind performance fluctuations
• Development and validation of performance forecasting models: Design predictive models, evaluate model performance, and propose application strategies
• Strategic insights and action plans based on data and CRM: Provide actionable recommendations by connecting performance status, cause analysis, and forecasting

4. Project Management & Planning

• Oversee the execution of key projects
• Develop and maintain a roadmap for platform upgrades and feature development, aligning with business objectives and industry trends

• Experience in the Data Analytics & execution at least 10 years in life or non-life insurance industry is required
• Experiecn in Sales Platform management is required
• Knowledge of sales business processes and good understanding of the basic insurance regulations
• Good fundamental understanding of the insurance industry
• Proven leadership experience in managing teams to generate measurable performance outcomes
• Communication skills with relevant stakeholders
• Self-motivation and self-initiative upon the positive mindset, attitude working flexibly
• Co-working ability is essential.
