PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- 經由符合公司程序的付款流程，達成準確及準時的付款Ensure accurate and timely vendor payments by executing payment processes in full compliance with company procedures and policies.
- 使用高效率的分析工具，每月產出包含成本分析的管理報表及說明重點事項Utilize efficient analytical tools to generate monthly management reports, including cost analysis and key operational indicators.
- 匯整每月管理作業報表，對於主管及跨單位部門進行簡報Consolidate monthly operational data and present performance reports to management and cross-functional teams, supporting strategic decision-making.
- 每月跟催專案執行進度，每年依需求提出採購計畫Monitor and follow up on project execution progress on a monthly basis; propose annual procurement plans based on operational needs.
- 經由管理報表，優化資產及維修備品管理成本Optimize asset and spare parts management costs through data-driven analysis and continuous improvement initiatives.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- 至少大學畢業學歷，物流或財務相關科系畢業更佳 Bachelor’s degree or above; a major in Logistics, Finance or related fields is plus
- 至少2年供應鏈或是物流產業的工作經驗 Minimum of 2 years of work experience in supply chain or logistics industry
- 熟悉 Microsoft Office，尤其是 Excel，並了解 SAP 系統與資料分析技巧 Proficiency in Microsoft, OFFICE especially EXCEL, understanding on SAP system and data analysis techniques
- 具備注重細節與成果導向的特質，擁有良好的執行力、組織能力，以及溝通技巧（包括簡報、口語與書面表達能力）Detail and results-oriented with strong execution, organization, and communication (presentation, verbal, and written) skills
- 具備中等程度的英文口語與書面溝通能力 Intermediate proficient in spoken and written English communication
