We are looking for a Distribution Operations Analyst in Distribution Business Process team, who will be an integral role in ensuring that we take our service levels to greater heights and ensure that critical business processes are established and reviewed.Job Description:
Support UAT for Joint Sales Initiative (including test plan review, execution, results verification)
Trouble shoot, raise JIRA ticket for defects identified, ensuring all tickets are retested and closed
Ensure UAT is carried out correctly and timely
Staff will be trained in the Orphan assignment, TOP and Persistency module (to support the UAT)
Support in daily BAU, this will help the staff with on hands experience making the UAT more meaningful

Meticulous with an eye for details
Good communication skill and a keen learner
Positive and energetic in getting things done
Working Experience:
1 to 2 years relevant work experience
Some Insurance background (Preferred)
Education:
Diploma / Degree Holder in Business Management, Finance, Technology or related field preferred
