In this role, you will ensure timely compliance reporting, misconduct trend monitoring, and data analysis for distribution channels, while conducting thorough investigations into suspected agency misconduct and recommending appropriate actions. You will engage stakeholders to ensure fair assessments, uphold regulatory and market conduct standards, and drive initiatives to enhance compliance and process efficiency, leveraging strong data analysis, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities within the insurance environment.Job Description:
