The Job:

As the Distribution Centre Manager, you’ll be part of our Supply Chain & Logistics Team. You’ll get to:

  • Oversee and manage the day-to-day operational and tactical aspects of our NZ Distribution Centre in East Tamaki.
  • Identify, implement, support and evaluate key areas for improvement in supply and distribution practices.
  • Drive continuous improvement processes and projects across the DCs, including supply and customer practices feeding into the DCs.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the DC team and management, encouraging a culture of innovation and promoting company values.
  • Ensure operating plans and activities minimise costs and optimise productivity.
  • Manage resource allocations and ensure the DC operates within agreed budget allocations.
  • Foster a culture of innovation, communicate and promote company values, and set standards for job performance.
  • Support and deliver agreed tasks and outcomes for the DC.
